App alerts suddenly stopped working

$4(789cvh

I’ve been using this app for a long time and everything always went smoothly but two weeks ago I stopped receiving any alert notifications for when my shopper was working on my order, for any substitutions, when my driver was nearby or when my order was delivered. I reached out for help, I followed all the directions my alerts are on of course I did not change anything and it still doesn’t work.

Terrible!

IHT App Reviewer

What happens when Karen shops from a disgruntled millenial using a truly mediocre ap? Nothing Good! Allow add ons to orders, show items that are deleted after ordering, allow specific substitutions, (since yours are often stupid) and do something to cheer up with your bitter employees... All the above makes it easy to dump Prime....bye now.

Great app!

I have used this app for a year now (approx once a week) and love it! I typically order my groceries for delivery in the evening or early morning the next day. The app functions well, and I have not had any issues with glitches like other reviewers have mentioned. My food is always well packaged, too, and they have always followed my delivery instructions.

Ridiculous. No iPad specific version.

Honest_Reviews_All_Day

I’m a long time fan of Amazon. I have their devices everywhere; Alexa @ home, auto and even Loop. It’s just ridiculous that Amazon hasn’t released an iPad app for Whole Foods. The app looks like crud, feels rough; like they don’t care about the client experience. If they ever wake up, maybe I’ll change the rating. Otherwise, the app is a 1 for iPad users.

Amazing amount of information!

Dsquillace

Prime Now presents an incredible if information for most items including descriptions, details, reviews and product data such as the UPC. The UPC is especially helpful because it be plugged into other apps such as WW (weight watchers).

Good service, weak app performance

digiTED

We’ve enjoyed the convenience and customer service of Amazon Prime grocery delivery for a number of years now. The mild surcharge is worth the convenience for us. I gave 2-stars because of the app. It is VERY VERY sluggish and still is plagued with illogical unit/pricing breakdowns. You should consistently be able to choose between getting 2lbs. of apples or 4 apples. I’m an optimist and believe Amazon can improve things. I just wish they’d get on with it!

Horrible “upgrade”!!

NPR News Junkie

You took away the best part of this app!! The ability to see what has been deleted from my cart since the last time I was in. It was bad enough that I had to fill up my cart and Checkout before I could find out if there were any available times, but at least if I had to leave and come back later, I could see if something had been taken out of my cart because it was no longer available. Now I just have to try to remember what I had in there!

Awful app for am Amazon product

katzGCT

This app is NOT friendly. It constantly removes items from your cart so for people that need to order delivery because they don't have the time to go buy groceries, it makes it impossible to build my list over the week because it just removes items from my cart at all times! It beats the purpose of online shopping! It also fails to show items that are ALWAYS available, for example... cilantro. I only buy my groceries at Wholefoods and it is very disappointing and painful not being able to properly order them online because the lack of variety and options of the app those few times that I am actually unable to personally go to the store.

Notifications don’t work any more

Please fix. This is beyond annoying.

Seems amazon has given up

Now it doesn’t work at all. Comes up asking for zip code, and then says can’t connect to server.
