Have issues with my app – Life360: Find Friends & Family Review

When we first got it. Worked perfect 3 years ago. For the pass 8 months are more my app want work right. I have email life 360 numerous times. Last time sent them all the screen shots they ask for. Never emailed me back. We have the platinum version. My husband and I have it because I am on Disabilty and have several health issues. He drives a tractor trailer. Local ran. Home daily. I even got the new I phone 13 pro max phone. Thinking that would fix the issues. I swear it made it worse. One thing life 360 will not answer my question about is the precise location button. Should it be off or on ? Also was looking at FQ today and noticed the example of settings for life 360 on apple phones. It should photos on. I only show life 369 under one category in settings. It doesn’t even have photos in it. We do have Verizon which it says does not support Life360 when on phone. Does that also apply to text messages also ? His work has a text group that is 24/7 His locations just freeze up. He jumps all over the screen. Location are not the location they say they are. He drives though yards, lakes, on top of buildings. I hate paying $23 a month for something that only works one one. I don’t get out much. When I do. My is perfect. I can even remember the phone calls. For those of you giving it a 5 star. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. Just checked to see if it needed updated. It just had open app. After reading comments and going back out. It said update. ??‍♀️
