Stuck on opening page – Jigsaw Puzzle Review

I sent them a message weeks ago, that I can’t get into the app. It gets stuck on the opening page. I have done hundreds of these puzzles on this app and I can’t even see them now. They said they would work on it weeks ago, and then just forgot about me.
