Getting very frustrated – narwhal for reddit Review

It seems like this app wants to always go back to its "just opened" state. Even when I am writing a reply and switch away to the browser for a second - reply is gone, I'm out of my Reddit, and I'm back at the beginning. Just now, I decided to try going split screen. It did the same thing, before even touching the other app. I'm on an iPad Pro 12.9 2018 with no issues and lots of space. I'm sick of reopening my Reddit's and finding where I was before.
