Love this, but – Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults HD Review

Puzzles are beautiful. Because you can select different numbers of pieces, i can challenge myself when I want to. Problem I have is that when I finish a puzzle, the screen freezes and I cant get back to the menu. Last time it happened, I deleted and reloaded the app. I lost a lot of puzzles that I had purchased. Would love to hear from developers how to fix this issue without losing puzzles.
