Broken App – Facetune Basic Review

The app says it’s on my phone and has a grey box and I can’t open it and even when I delete it it says I still have it on my phone so I can’t re buy the app. I paid for this app I’m very sure of and the fact that I can’t even use it is annoying. When I turn my phone off the grey box appears but still no luck when trying to go on the App Store to redownload it
