Lame 2FA – FNBO Direct Review

Update2: 2FA seems to be working now on website and app. Face ID seems to be working on app. However, verification every week is ridiculous. 2FA is common these days and you completely bungled implementing it. As a result, I’ve opened accounts with Ally Bank and I’m moving my business there. Update1: Despite being told the 2FA verification lasts 1 week per code (which is WAY too short), this app and the website ask for it every time I login. That is annoying, their planned 1 week timeframe is annoying and this all really defeats having Face ID login in this app (which is also annoying). I’ve gone from being happy with FNBO Direct to looking at moving my accounts elsewhere because of this change. Don’t punish responsible people with these hurdles because of the irresponsible people. This isn’t rocket science and could have been implemented much better. Original: Requires 2FA every login (no trust this device). If going to do it this way, need to make Microsoft or Google Authenticator an option.
