Account blocked – Instagram Review

Tell me how I can get blocked from using MY OWN ACCOUNT??? I was going through and u following people I don’t know and it told me my account was blocked bc of “too much action”. I’m so irritated because I accidentally hit the “tell us if we are a mistake” button then it blocked me for A WHOLE FREAKING WEEK. Can’t like anything or comment or do anything on my own account. I’m about to delete this app as it’s full of crap.
