Thanks for stealing my $9 Lyft – Lyft Review

Worked 9 hours , called a Lyft to my home which was a mile away from my work. After waiting for almost 10 minutes to connect to a ride I then was told my driver was 20 minutes away , figuring I could walk there In that time I canceled the ride , frustrated with the bad customer service . Then to top it off , I was never refunded for my ride after I received a notification from Lyft saying I was refunded . Lyft , this is why you will never beat Uber .
