Why dose my app say I don’t have internet when I have internet – Bitmoji Review

So I got the app and I made an account so I was taking pics for my emoji when I had to leave the app for a sec when I got back on I tried to sign on but the app said I had no internet which I had 4 bars of internet so I deleted the app and re downloaded it which didn’t work I power shut my phone off didn’t work I turned off all access my WiFi and internet turned it all back on and nothing changed it still says no internet . Other than that I can’t say much about the app cause I haven’t even mad a character or got into the app . If you see this tell me how to fix it thx
