WORST GAME – Rumble Stars Review

This is by far one of the worst games on the App Store. The developers are greedy as hell! The in game items are overpriced, characters are either over powered, or not worth even using. The game has an in game support system yet when you reach out they try to force you to join either their Sub Reddit or Discord channel. The problem with joining their Sub Reddit or Discord are there just as bad as the game. They don’t have enough members in either to even make a real difference. They tell you to post your concerns on their Sub Reddit so it can be upvoted on by users but it’s only like 5 or 6 that even upvote anything. The other users are spoiled kids that make rude comments toward anyone that may have an opinion about the game because they are afraid that all that money they begged mommy and daddy for will be for nothing. The game itself has a great concept but the developers completely ruined it. In game rewards are all LUCK BASED. Wanting a certain character to make your next match fair? To bad because their is only one way to purchase individual characters and thats to wait for them to pop up in the store. Sounds easy enough right? Nope cause that Lovely Shiba or Sly Fox you want is 40,000 gold coins. That’s roughly around $25 for one character. Now I have found you can’t even contact support within the game because when you go to send your issue to them you are met with Failed To Send and this is the only way to actually contact support. The servers are atrocious! One minute your playing fine and the next you start seeing Characters on the field and you don’t know how they got their. Time is missing from the clock and right when your about to win; ?BOOM? a WiFi signal pops up. So you take the loss and check your internet connection. Well for me mine checked device specific at 29.8Mbps/Download 3.87Mbos/Upload 9ms-Latency. Fast enough to play this game. I’m not the only player to complain about the current state of the game. But instead of making real changes to the game players want; they basically do a bunch of nothing. “We have sent your feedback to the right department to be looked into.” No they didn’t!! I have all but given up on this game, customer service, and the developer. If it doesn’t have anything to do with the monetary system that lines their pockets then don’t expect a legitimate reply from them. BECAUSE THEY JUST DON’T CARE!!
