I am so sorry for two stars cause of issue.... – R.E.V. Review

Hi, I am SO SO SO SO SO SORRY FOR THE TWO STARS but there is a BIG ISSUE with my two cars?????????.... So.. it all began when I got the two cars for Christmas... and I got the cars and I had SO MUCH FUN!!!!!.... but then... after 4 years, my cars were NOT WORKING!!!! In which case, I mean the right back wheel was STUCK... ON BOTH CARS!!!!! LIKE THEY WERE JAMMED AND LOCKED!!!!!! They would barely budge and I got so upset ?. Now I may have to repair or replace them with my dad!!!!! This is not good when toys do this, and the wheels being jammed was hurting the motor... so now I am counting on YOU to help me fix this or how I can and what might be wrong... and sorry once again for the two stars ? bye and remember to tell me what to do to fix my cars (and I am currently 10 years old) thanks ?
