Needs a Tag View – Evernote - Notes Organizer Review

Seriously needs a tag view that shows tags hierarchically, including unused tags. Everytime I go onto the Evernote forums to talk about stack and notebook hierarchy people tell me tags are a good option. They are not even close to same, and people have been asking for hierarchical stacks for years, its one of the most popular feature requests. If I have to use hierarchical tags though, shouldn't I at least be able to view them as a hierarchy?
