User very unfriendly site – Lyft Review

Cannot find out about a ride we thought we had scheduled. Web site totally unhelpful. Cannot find out about our ride. Will go with Uber and will try to cancel Lyft ride, but I feel sorry for Lyft drivers who have to lose business because of poor software. Dean Heyenga El Cerrito, CA
