Very angry – iScanner: PDF & OCR Scanner Review

I purchased this App, today, and spent 2 hours trying to get a correct scan of my document. Finally, i gave up. End result- NO SCAN. I found the App very difficult to use. I than cancelled my subscription- I have a screenshot of this on my iPhone. PLUS my email receipt says I won’t be charged for a free trial. I’m part of Apple Family Sharing. My family member’s credit card has already been charged the $9.99. NOT OK. The credit card SHOULD NOT have been charged at all. I want an email that explains when my family member will be issued a refund.
