iOS problems – Meet Mobile: Swim Review

Why is the app sooooo slow on iOS but seemingly flawless on android. I have to steal my assistant coaches phone every meet to keep sane. Is there a fix for that or should I finally get off the iPhone bandwagon? I used to think it was due to my old 5S, but even after upgrading to a 10 its seems worse.
