Great game but ineffective support – Frost & Flame: King of Avalon Review
I had an issue with purchases where the purchases were accepted but the product never loaded. Retries said already purchased but also errored out. Informed support immediately and got suggestions to reinstall, log off/on and restart phone. All failed. Discovered a few days later that I was charged for all attempts. Support response is an endless cycle of provide receipts, see Apple and we will investigate. 40 days of daily messages and NOTHING! I spend lots but that has come to an end as I continue to chase my stolen money. ComstarX of 350
