Can’t Get Deposit Refund - Not Used Everywhere – Park ATX Review

$10 deposit required at first use. I used it 1x in the past year. Cancelled account and they won’t send $9.25 balance refund. App Level 1 support says we don’t have your money - contact the City at 3-1-1. City of Austin uses multiple methods, so this doesn’t work everywhere. It’s just too much of a hassle.
