Lost photos – Private Photo Vault - Pic Safe Review

I have had this app for years over several phones and I loved it until one of my phones got stolen and when I downloaded the app again through iCloud backup all of my photos were gone. I have sent a few emails to app support but haven’t gotten a response yet. HELP!!!
