Unbelievably terrible – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

So....8:30 at night and we start hearing all sorts of banging next to us. Yes, we just got in bed. We have to get up early and it has been a long day. I look out to see what is happening. Turns out that the entire dining room was taken down for an event, and they are now taking all the chairs and tables back out. Banging and clashing. How long has the Management known that they would be storing all that furniture next to our room? How long? Why did they give us a room knowing that there would be clashing and banging for several hours IN THE EVENING? Unbelievable. I went to the front desk. He say..”oh...there is a note here for you. We can switch your room and give you 1,000 points. REALLY? Again....why did you give us that room in the first place???????? Terrible. What was management thinking???
