Bad service – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

I went online to book a room and found out that my Honnors Points are gone. When I called membership they told me that I cannot use the points anymore. It’s ridiculous, I always book Hilton for vacations. I have been accumulating my points to use them for hotel room and now they cannot give them back to me. The customer service rep was rude on the phone and told me that she cannot do anything about it. I am going to tell my friends to cancel all their booking for this coming Labor Day weekend and chose a different hotel.
