Missing numbers – Sudoku.com - Number Games Review

I have played twice now and both times I have came down to 2 numbers left and 2 empty boxes but you CANNOT use either number in either box. Waste of time. You can’t win. I took a screenshot but unfortunately they will not let you post it here.
