They have adopted a losing strategy: blame the client for their inefficient system. Apparently some restaurants do not bother to mark that people have kept their reservation. Then OpenTable generates a moralizing email that polite people cancel reservations that they cannot attend... Except that you have kept the reservation, gave business to the restaurant, and tipped their staff. Your reward is a misguided lecture in manners. Keep it up - your users will be thrilled.
