I want to like this – Cube Land Review

But it just has too many problems. First off you die a lot. Enemies will spawn right next to you and then charge straight at you. Most of the enemies are melee based, which isn’t ideal for a shooting game. But the worst part is that you lose all your loot when you die. I played through several times, kept dying, so I went back to the starting area to purchase some upgrades with all the coins I’d collected, but I had Zero money. I’m not sure what you gotta do to retain your loot, but it makes grinding an impossibility. I was hoping that this would be an action rpg shooter similar to Neon Chrome or Xenowerk, but as it is, it needs a lot of work. The stages are too cramped, there are way to many melee enemies, the upgrade system is confusing, as is the looting. I would also add experience points, a skill tree, and leveling. There should also be loot drops that you can use to upgrade your gear. Maybe you can??, who knows, because every time you die, all your loot disappears. I would also add a reload button. You can switch weapons with the weapon button in the top right corner, so make the dedicated switch button (located just above the fire button) a reload instead.
