Amazing app shady developer taking away functionality – Enlight Review

A recent update of this app has taken away my ability to overlay my .png (transparent photos) with the mixer tool anymore. I contacted customer service with the issue and the response “While we are aware that transparency can work sometimes, in general, it is not supported in Enlight (and never has been). That being said, we do hope you'll check out Photofox as it does support Transparency and is free to download!” One of the main reasons I bought the app was for this functionality that worked since I bought and used it for months. Yet mysteriously, it stops working and a customer service is giving me bs. Don’t be those guys. Do the right thing. In any case, I’m documenting all of this and seeing if this can come to a satisfying conclusion.
