Can’t get free app to work – Hola VPN Privacy & Security Review

I tried signing up for the VPN Free App and it didn’t let me create a free account....so I deleted the app and tried to reinstall it again....it still wouldn’t let me get the free app. It says that my email is already registered and won’t let me use my email to create a free account. Please help!
