Great but why? – Berkanan Messenger Review

So, if I want to pass a message to my first pal, he has to be within 230ft from me. If I want to pass a message to my second pal via my first pal, that pal has to be within 230ft of pal 1. So its 460ft from me to pal 2. Why not yell or wave? I get the emergency thing but everyone isn’t that close together. Just scratching my head about the practicality of it.
