Please Update App — since 2016 (?!?) – LG TV Remote Review

I never updated the app in 2016 because of all the poor reviews. Please kindly update it! A huge assumption here, but please don’t assume that a TV model that is only a few years old is going to be trashed and replaced by a new one so soon. We live in a throwaway society. I hope my TV lasts at least another decade or more to come. Please regularly update and improve the app (& TV software updates) out of consideration for your huge following of customers. Thank you!
