Disappointed – Ellen's Road to Riches Slots Review

I cashed in money for credits and played the game with the musical notes. I hit free spins and throughout the “50” spins I hit a massive amount of over 4 billion but the game froze and crashed and I lost my winnings. I figured like most games if you log back in there’s a safety mechanism to award the credits back to you and there wasn’t! Is there anyway to award it back to me?! If not, then I am sorry but I’ll be uninstalling. Love Ellen always but this app needs some type of safety protocol for when this happens to players. Especially for those cashing for credits.
