Absolute unit of a game – Whale Trail Review

First I’d like to say this game has aged very well. I remember getting this game when I was younger and returning to it on yo multiple occasions over the span of about 5 years or so. The gameplay is simple and the idea is fun and original. In fact, the game’s charm is really what earns the 5 stars for me. Not to mention the soundtrack is pretty awesome. Adds also aren’t a problem which is a HUGE plus considering current iOS games. Although it has aged well it’s age also shows, as there haven’t been an update in a very long time. Not that it needs one but, it only two game modes which gets repetitive at times. Also, the content available to buy with krill is pretty obtainable (and limited). With a little grind work you will unlock everything in the game. Overall a solid game though.
