Missing some things – VSCO: Photo & Video Editor Review

I came across a vsco theme on instagram, it told me to put temperature on +3 and I went to do it then I realized I DONT HAVE TEMPERATURE. I realized I don’t have Tint either... Please tell me why don’t I have it...
