Haven’t been able to use this for months – My Sprint Mobile Review

The app just shuts down as soon as I try to switch tabs. For 4+ months all I’ve been able to do is see my balance. When it was working you could barely do anything. Anything other than paying your bill takes you to the website so you might as well use that.
