Horrible experience – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

Problem #1 when trying to cancel my flights expedia asked me to call directly to the Spirit airlines even though they were the ones collecting my money. Problem#2 when calling Spirit airlines they said I didn’t purchase any insurance even though I did, and Expedia confirmed it through my itinerary. So spirit airlines asked me to call travel Guard directly. Problem#3 When calling travel guard they said I only purchased insurance for the hotel and they didn’t have any information about flight insurance even though my policy specified for flights and hotel rooms. So yes, they asked me to contact Expedia BACK AGAIN! Problem #4 When calling expedia BACK AGAIN one of the agents told me they would do the refund for me. They acknowledge my insurance and walked me through the process of refund and told me no further actions I needed to do, but wait about 2-3 days. After 5 business days I called back to know my refund whereabouts when they told me the refund was supposed to be done in a whole different way!! all this process of hot potato game took me about a week to finally tell me the partial amount will be refunded in another week!!!
