Can’t shop online through this app – JCPenney – Shopping & Coupons Review

I put an item in my cart that showed up as out of stock in the cart. I then couldn’t delete it and therefor couldn’t complete my order either. So the app— for online shopping is stuck with an unavailable item a zone. I called for help and a very nice lady took my order as a catalog order. She was patient and very nice, but couldn’t help me fix the problem. The only solution I can figure is to delete the app and try to start over. My Kohl’s app is staring at me all hopeful and capable.
