Did not work once – HiTalk - Phone Calls App, Text Review

Tried calling different numbers on several occasions but none even went thru. I watched a couple ads and got about two dozen credits, however, when I tried to dial, msg would pop up and say I don’t have enough credits, but I already checked the calling rates on the app and I am sure I just need one credit per minute for the numbers I was trying to call. What a scam.
