Could be great. But it's a pain – Market Leader Real Estate CRM Review

This could be a great app. I see my contacts and reminders at my fingertips. It will even dial my contact's phone number for me on my phone. This is the BEST part. The problem is it's full of bugs and they won't fix them. I've reported them before. After I place a call the message to place a call doesn't go away. If you cancel that message then it goes away and you can proceed with the call you've already placed. And talk with your contact! When the call is done there is a place to put comments about the outcome of the call. These comments go into "history" tab not the "Notes." Nevertheless the app records the history comments and updates your database, which is good. But the app continues to prompt for comments instead of closing the contact and going back to the dashboard m. And whether you say "No, cancel" or "Yes comment" the screen won't go back to the dashboard to choose the next contact to call. You have to close and reopen the app to call the next person. That's a pain. And really annoying. I reported this bug months ago and there are still no updates in the App Store. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Still buggy. The first call is fine. Everything after that isn't. This is the only use of the mobile app that I have. And it's frustrating that it could be great. But is a pain instead. So, what to do, write a review. And maybe they'll debug and fix it.
