It looks like this is the Six-Pack app for legs! This app has been long-awaited! If it's like Six-Pack app, it will take you gradually through strengthening all parts of your legs just like a personal trainer. I will be using this app regularly! Thank you Runtastic! After just 3 sessions I was able to bump my maximum spinning intensity from 18 to 20! Would you consider replacing the pivot lunge exercise with something else? There is no floor in my house where I can slide around smoothly with athletic shoes on. When your shoes grip the floor, you can’t pivot. I think it’s likely that many other people run into the same problem. It makes it very awkward trying to do the exercise, and makes it more likely to do the exercise improperly and cause more harm than good. It encourages people to do it in their stocking feet, which may also be harmful due to the lack of support.
