Not accurate – OutCast - Marine Weather Review

I tried to contact the app designer from their website and their site kept having errors and wouldn’t accept my email. This app isn’t accurate. It’s currently raining with heavy cloud cover and the app is stating I won’t have any rain with no cloud cover. I would like a refund.
