Used to be a good app – Hangouts Review

This app used to be 100% dependable but for the past month or so I keep on getting this obnoxious recording four times out of five calls saying that all circuits are busy. Really Google? You're supposed to be one of the biggest software developers on earth and there's not enough lines open? You really need to fix this problem. I'm very close to dropping this app for good unless it's fixed pronto
