Horrible Customer Support/ FalseCharges – FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS Review

I will change this when they fix my 52.99 that I spent they took, then never received my lapis I paid for. The main issue is it took them 2 days to respond with a note that asked for another screenshot when I sent on originally then said they will consider the case resolved..... I was like what? The. Posted 3 more screenshots of them charging me 52.99 but neither reimbursing or giving my item. Now I have to report to Apple to fix. Don’t download or pay for anything. Ps I also had over 100 summons saved up for cloud got one rainbow no cloud..gg.
