Notifications don’t work. – Meta Business Suite Review

I manage only one page for my small side business and need to have prompt replies to messages. Granted, I don’t get most business through Facebook messages, but I do answer calls and return emails and messages quickly. I can’t return a Facebook message if I don’t know about it. Other than that, the app is neat, but not incredibly helpful.
