Disappointed – McDelivery Pakistan Review

For a few months the app seemed to work well until my order was reported as 'delivered' when it actually wasn't. I ordered twice after that and went through the same situation. Upon complaining on phone the operator asked me to wait as the nearest mcd branch will contact me. After an hour I got a call when I was done having meal from another fast food outlet. I was told that my order will be ready in minutes and delivered soon. A day later when I was opening the app it showed some network error and a week later I checked the official webpage and i got the same response. Being a mcd fan, I wasn't expecting such a response. Pathetic!
