Fun! ... But can be frustrating – Motion Synth Review

It's not entirely intuitive in the way it connects to GarageBand or even more frustrating to another computer. Some of the other features, like adjusting the keys to fit your hand size can be difficult to find, and there are other internal controls that I don't know what they do. So it could really use a decent manual or online instruction. That said, once I got it up and running it's pretty amazing. Running it through Logic on my laptop you can combine all kinds of sounds using the exs24 sampler or Kontakt Player and get some incredible effects. One thing I'd like to see in the next version. Since some instruments like the GarageBand Smart Strings can be setup to play chords by pressing a single key, it would be great if the AUUG could interface with that. Currently, even if the smart strings are setup for chords the AUUG still only plays single notes on each key. Additional programmability would be nice as well. There are a lot of available scales included, but the ability to set each key to a specific note would be helpful for doing more chromatic things and also when setting it up to use premade drum kit samples. But overall it's very cool and there are a lot of options. Some of the ones I requested may even be in there and I just don't know how to access them yet. Again, a detailed manual would probably help
