This is the only game I’ve ever played that prompted breaking their terms of service. In our region the mod has told our region who she is. On her main account she has admitted to buying the base, it’s been reported and nothings been done. And she’s constantly on region chat breaking TOS then hops on the mod account and bans people from chatting for doing exactly as she’s doing. All of this has been reported to the game and nothing’s been done. ABSOLUTE WORST GAME SUPPORT IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED BY THE MODS THAT THREATEN YOUR FAMILY AND SAY THEY HOPE THEY DIE.

Not a bad game but customer service does nothing to rectify our issues. We have player in our region that became a mod and totally abused her power. A lot of people complained. We know who the mod is and other mods in the game confirmed it. On top of that. The mod broke terms of service by buying her main base from another player. We not only complained. But also showed the other mods. And customer service screenshots of all the proof. But nothing has been done. How fair is that. Why keep playing if customer service won’t back you up. Now iTunes and google are being sent the proof to show that this company does not honor tos. Read the review below mine and read customer service reply to his review. What kind of crappy reply is that. And we started on the in base help part. They just want your money but refuse to deal with real issues.

This is a game that has a regional chat. Rest assured of people are exhibiting examples of overt racism this company will do NOTHING to address it. Tons of white supremacists in this game. Tons of klansman. Tons of anti Jewish rhetoric. If this is what you’re looking for, you’ve come to the right place UPDATE. After complaining about rampant racism for a month, and after several “we’re looking into it” type of emails, the developer has basically said it isn’t their problem, and they only resolve technical issues. Clearly this developer encourages racism and racist behavior.

It’s an amazing game where players get great amount of resources and prosper fast.A attacker attacked my base and then teleported away from my alliance.It would be great if there is teleportation cool downs after attack/raiding.

Game is very unfair to the players that are not strong enough...any one can attack you .... and you spend all your time healing your troops...boring and unfair.
