I love designer sneakers and I trusted this app to deliver me AUTHENTIC items and they sent me FAKE items .. so untrustworthy- my only problem is I noticed a year later because I never wore them and kept them in the box until my best friend wore hers (purchased at saks) and noticed the tongue label wasn’t right and the bottom of the sneakers weren’t right .. smh never shopping here again . BUYER BEWARE THEYRE SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS !!

Slow, poorly thought out app

If Yoox didn’t have great products, I wouldn’t shop with them because their app is slow and they haven’t thought through the user experience. Shopping takes more steps than it should, search isn’t great and some settings like size preferences aren’t retained from the desktop site.

I’ve never had any problems with yoox ynap Corp app so far. I love the flash sales and their return process, and the “alerts”...Hope it stays like that, happily..

I'm customer for 8 years, 2 weeks ago they sent me an other color t- shirt and pre-owned (damaged) shoes. terrible service, for the last month.

Best website for buying designer clothes for the lowest price

I love high fashion, high quality. I cannot afford the full price but I can always find nice clothes here for an affordable price. I have already bought a lot. I know my size and most of the designer sizes so I didn’t have too many returns and when I had to, I never had any issues to get my money back.

Needs a little improvement

I am giving 5 Stars, but yet a little improvement needed. To customer service: there is shouldn’t be final sale option, it is illegal to force customers to keep the merchandise they have had purchased hoping that what is in the picture this is exactly what they going to receive. Few incidents had happened when the merchandise I have received were supposed to be new with no damages or defects, but delivered to me with color fading, some scratches all around, shoulder strap were missing. I have contacted customer service, they made me take a picture then send it to them, etc. My point is time is valuable, and I didn’t liked all this back and forth communications. YOOX have to come up with some better solutions respecting buyers time and effort . To app developers: would be nice to have as an option to save searching results or some kind of preferences to be saved within a profile. Other than this , great site for buying high end designers merchandise for affordable price.
