Miserable customer service

Poor descriptions of items with no photos on models to show fit. When items arrived that were not as expected-customer service couldn’t care less and charged me for return delivery. There are MUCH better sites out there that adequately depict and then stand behind their products. With YOOX, buyer beware because you sometimes really don’t know what you are getting.
App and original website not connected to each-other.

Placed an order via app, entering correct shipping and billing address. Wear-house used old address saved at website, shipping went to wrong place. Very bad Costume service, they not helping at all. Shipping could be recall, but not redirected. Worth of all it was last item. Terrible app!
