Won’t restore my purchases

Love the Pilates mat workout and have used it for years but every so often it won’t play and even after I hit restore my purchases it won’t work (as others have complained). Very disappointing!

i really liked using this app but over time i kept having to re-download the videos and now the videos have completely disappeared! i paid for these! what happened?!!!
Crap App - Former In-App Purchases Not Acailable

Used to contain some good workouts (that were in-app purchases), but app is now busted and I can no longer restore past purchases on a new device. From reading other reviews, this appears to be a long-standing issue. As of today, all past purchases with Kristin McGee through this app are not available to me. A real shame and a warning to all new users considering any of her in-app purchases.
Paid for videos but no longer on app

I paid for 10 or so videos but they no longer show up on the app. I pressed the “restore purchases) button and get the message “no purchases to restore”. The app, therefore, is pretty useless. No “contact us” or “help” button. So my only recourse was to write a bad review. The videos themselves (I was able to use for a while before they disappeared) are great.

This app has about 20 workouts to choose from. So much variety and she's really easy to follow but done of her videos are harder than others. Yoga Slim is my favorite so far..

Won’t restore my purchases-so frustrating

I had this app for years and loved it; however I recently had to replace my IPad with the new ios and it says I have previous purchases but when I try to restore them they cannot be found. This is absurd as I have spent money over the years cultivating my collection and refuse to have to re-buy them because there is a problem with the app. Very frustrating!
