This electronic collection of yarn shade cards from Camilla Valley Farm provides a quick and easy way to find the perfect color from a collection of the most popular knitting and weaving yarns available.
With over 1,000 shades that can be quickly sorted by color, name or color number; Yarn Shop is the fastest way for the knitter or weaver to find exactly what they need for their next project.
The "Favorites" feature allows you to build your own list of shades by copying them to your "Favorites" list. Once there, they can be rearranged into any order to determine if the colors "work with each other". They can also be sorted and shades can be deleted or new ones added. This is a great way to plan projects where multiple colors are required. The color list can also be emailed to yourself or Camilla Valley Farm for a quote.
This handy tool also provides detailed information on each yarn type including: Fiber Content, Yardage, Packaging, Weaving Sett as well as Knitting Weight and Gauge. Quick links from each yarn type allow you to find out more information by visiting the Camilla Valley Farm website.

I just downloaded this great app from Camilla Valley Farm Yarn and I love it. It has all the colors of Jamison Shetland in all weights and that alone in invaluable. It also includes color swatches for Peace Fleece, Cascade and more. It is wonderful to be able to look at a pattern and scroll through the app at the same time to compare colors. I can tell its going to be a big help in trying new color combinations for pattern designing. The app will put you right back to the store to purchase, too. It's a very handy tool for shopping, designing, comparing colors and more. As I was playing around with the app I found myself thinking about how much fun a trip to Canada to visit this cute farm and shop would be. I think I might talk to my husband about a northern vacation!

I spend a lot of time trying to match up colors for Shetland sweater designs I’m creating. This app is a wonderful resource, easy to use and always available on my phone or iPad. Would love to have bigger pictures of the yarn colors, but otherwise it’s pretty much perfect! Thank you!
