App issues, consistently high fares, and other issues

In English the “where to? Does not disappear when entering address text, it is very annoying. I consistently get high fares for the same route compared to the people standing next to me with the same starting and ending route. Also, The app consistently chooses a longer route, so I have to change the starting point several times so it snaps to a more direct route. Too much UBER DNA in this app. Nowhere in the app to complain about non-ride issues. Too many Drivers wait too long to start pickup. They will sit there for five minutes and then drive very slow for a pickup, sometimes when they arrive, they will stop 50 - 100 meters from the pickup point and expect you to walk to the car.

I use this app all the time, but I give it one star for constantly lying about the wait time for drivers. One minute easily turns into ten. Also for drastically increasing the fare in the evening.

Horrible app, only support original Russian bank account, and international tourist doesn’t allow to use this Херня.Taxi! Also terrible support service!

Every time I need to use it the driver doesn’t come or he just cancels the ride. It happened 4 times so far. waste of download bandwidth.

Здравствуйте. Город Алмата. Каждый раз, когда я пользуюсь приложением, при вызове такси, приходится проходить целый квест. Приложение определяет местоположение неверно. Постоянно неверно. Причём и мне, и водителю. Водители не доезжая, отмечают статус «вас ожидает». Начинаешь звонить, выяснять, где он стоит, куда-чего-зачем, приходится переходить дорогу, ждать светофор (я понимаю, это не какое то титаническое усилие, но блин почему? Почему я должен стоять на перекрёстке, ждать светофор, переходить дорогу, идти непонятно куда). Самое печальное, что вы монополисты в Алмате и тупо ничего с этим не сделаешь. Ловить с дороги, - вопрос безопасности. Увольте всех своих программистов, - это просто позор!!!

After about 50 or more Yandex taxi rides, I can say there is about a 70% chance you will get a driver who has no regard for passenger safety. I’ve been in too many close calls over the years with these drivers. Things like rapidly weaving between lanes without a signal, speeding, trying to pass a car on the left and driving up on the sidewalk, near collisions, aggressive accelerating and braking are all commonplace. There are some good drivers and the app works decent though. I think Yandex needs to do a better job of vetting drivers. Or investing time in training the drivers they get who haven’t had a proper driving education. But until then, using Yandex taxi is a higher safety risk, if to benchmark taxi drivers in other developed global cities.

Верните старую версию , где можно было видеть где ты и где находишься вызванное такси ! Это не удобно вызывать и не понимать куда идти !
