It is quite realistic. The only thing I wasn't wild about is that you are not viewing the entire play area when the ball goes up. The screen shifts up to follow the ball, but it makes it harder to play, because the lower flippers are gone and you have to readjust your focus. I would prefer to be able to see the entire layout at all times. But worth installing and giving it a try. I am 57 and only played on the real pinball machines until this app. So I am not the best judge.
Cute games for kids, some minor glitches

The game is adorable. Very cute cartoon Christmasy theme. When it comes to pinball games, it is very easy to get bored when you are just watching a ball go back n forth in an area that doesn't change. In Christmas pinball, the graphics change a little while you're playing & there is an extra flipper in the top half of the machine. (I love when pinball apps have that extra flipper) The music is cute with an islandy sort of feel with a Santa voice over of "ho ho ho" & "Merry Christmas." Mostly overall, this is a cute game for kids. When I had some kids try this ( ages: 12, 7, and a teenager with a developmental disability who is around 3 or 4) they had some fun. They were engaged for some time. The 12 year became bored after aprox. 15 minutes. The 7 yr old stayed the longest. My special needs kiddo became too frustrated because he kept hitting the advertisement banner at the bottom (which is fairly close to the flippers) and also because of the following glitches: Sometimes when playing, the screen will disappear for maybe a sec, not long but you have to look for your ball. Also, sometimes the ball would slow down as if the game was trying to catch up. If the ball hits it just right, it gets stuck exactly between the 2 bottom flippers. Easy fix by hitting a flipper. I am giving 4 stars because of the overall cuteness & detail The glitches is why I didn't go to 5.
